I haven’t been posting much here. (I could do a whole blog about that, but maybe another day.)

But it’s September & things are happening.

(I could have put this in a graphic, but it made me tired just thinking about it.)

I have a story coming out next week! Stellar Parallax: Human Hope in a Grimdark World (edited by AJ Van Belle and published by Inked in Grey Press) comes out September 29th and contains my story “The Orchard-Bay.” I am *so excited* to have other people read this story, because I love it so much.

And that takes me to the next thing. Rainbow Space Magic, a (free, virtual) queer speculative fiction con that I’m on the planning team of, is happening on October 3rd and 4th.

On October 3rd, I’ll be doing a reading from “The Orchard-Bay” and I’ll also be moderating the keynote panel (on “Building resilient (queer, speculative fiction) communities”) with Didi Chanoch, Kiefer Snider, and M.R. Robinson.

And on the 4th I’ll be moderating a panel on communities in worldbuilding with Elijah Mears, Jeané D. Ridges, Jesse Pohlman, and Valerie J. Mikles.

Then! My local con, Can*Con, is October 16th-18th. I’ll be moderating a panel on the 17th on
“Constructing Deconstruction: Building a Collapsed Earth” with Gerald Brandt, P.A. Cornell, and Mark
Robinson.

(And then I will rest! For a little while anyway.)
